Just one night stayed. Nothing impressive. When checked out next morning, I paid $5 cash for the car parking. The guy in front desk collected money didn’t give me the receipt. I found the hotel still charged the parking fee from my credit card when I got my bank statement. This is really not good behaviour although it is a small amount of money I don’t care.

Good Parking Spaces. $5/night. Good breakfast: pancakes, croissant, wholemeal bread, white bread, fruit yoghurt, fruits, Nutella, jam, vegimite. Very clean room, good housekeeping, bed and pillows are comfortable. Beddings and towels very white. Staffs are very good.

The room was very small for three people, and the sink was broken. The room heater was malfunctioning, although the staff did come and manage to fix it. The attached washroom lacked shower curtains, which caused water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the charging ports were too far from the beds. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay.

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!

Ibis Budget Canberra is at a distance of some 7 km from the city centre which is quite remote and not easily accessible, especially at night time. On the other hand, Ibis Budget room charge is quite competitive and is ideal for travelers who have limited budgets. The concierges are polite and helpful and help make your stay very pleasant.

약간 연식이 된 건물에 위치한 호텔입니다. 엘리베이터가 없어요. 직원분이 매우 친절하세요. 저희는 자차로 이동했는데, 접근성 매우 좋고 주차는 5불 지불했습니다. 대중교통 접근성은 잘 모르겠네요. 가족과 하룻밤 잘 지냈습니다.
